Say Goodbye to the Bedroom in a Box
When I was coming up with décor ideas for the master bedroom at Park Meridian, I was really excited to think outside of the box when it came to mixing up furnishing ideas. I am a big proponent of avoiding “sets”. Don’t get me wrong, I have seen some gorgeous bedroom sets in my day and have purchased plenty of pieces. If you can pull it off, go for it. But I love the look and feel of breaking things up and incorporating some unique finds.
Case in point – nightstands. I decided to go completely unconventional with a Butler Tray Stand and a small Bar Cart.
Totally different in style, but they both share the common theme of gold trimmings. If you’ll notice, the heights do not match up perfectly. To fix that, I used accessories to balance the heights and fool the brain into thinking things were symmetrical on both ends. You can find more Tall Butler Tray Stands here at West Elm.
